Terms of Services
𓏲ּ𝄢 general!
- Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
(Additional fees apply depending on service.)
- My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
- AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited.
- My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
- Communication is important and needed.
- If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
- You receive 2 free revisions (sketch and base color stage only).
- Additional revisions cost $10 each, paid before I continue.
- Please provide all feedback at the sketch/base color stage.
- once started, no cancellations and refunds unless the artist can't finish it due to circumstances! (full-refund for sketch phase, half-refund for beyond base color phase).𓏲ּ𝄢 payments & fees!
- 50% or 100% payment before I start! (we can opt for sending the payment after the rough sketch if you're comfortable with this option).
> Additionally, failure to fulfill the first
payment despite the completion of the
rough sketch equates to a cancelled
commission, i may use the unpaid sketch
as i see fit.
- Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $30 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
- Complexity Fee is already included in the commissions. However, if the complexity is beyond the artist's comfort zone an additional fee between $10-$50 to all commissions is applicable.
- If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the additional fees will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($20 USD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($60 USD).
- no first payment within 24 hours. i shall consider it automatically cancelled and will give the slot to other clients!
𓏲ּ𝄢 revisions!
- Revisions are only available during the sketch phase and base colors.
- Once they are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part.
- Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.𓏲ּ𝄢 deadlines & delivery!
- Commissions may take up to 1-2 months depending on complexity, queue, health, work, or personal matters.
- I will keep you updated if delays occur.
- If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $10 USD.
- You will have to directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.
𓏲ּ𝄢 intellectual property rights!
- I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork.
- You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
- I may use the artwork to:
> Promote myself and my services.
> Post on social media and in my portfolio.
> Create prints/merchandise (applicable
to fanart commissions only).
Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will
not be posted or used for promotional
purposes.
𓏲ּ𝄢 refunds!
- I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
- You may cancel before payment is made.
- Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
- Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
- Filing a chargeback will:
> Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
> Place you on a public blacklist
(with evidence).
> Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork
as I see fit.
> Result in a formal complaint against
you.𓏲ּ𝄢 commissioner rights!
- You may:
> Use the artwork for personal purposes
only (unless commercial rights are
purchased).
> Print the art for yourself.
> Post it on Social Media with credit to me

- You may NOT:
> Use the artwork commercially without
permission.
> Commission art/services using my
Design/Work.
> Claim the artwork as your own or fail
to credit me.
> Remove signatures/watermarks.
> Resell or redistribute the artwork.
> Modify the artwork without my consent.
> Use artwork purchased for Personal Use
in merch, streaming, or commercial
projects.𓏲ּ𝄢 blacklist policy!
- Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
- The blacklist may be shared with other artists.𓏲ּ𝄢 final agreement!
- By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
